PMT Management AG welcomes Martin Strub and Markus Schunk to its Board of Directors
PMT Management AG is expanding its Board of Directors with two high-calibre figures from the Swiss fund and real estate industry. With Martin Strub, fund manager of UBS «Sima», Switzerland's largest real estate fund, and Markus Schunk, long-standing partner at KPMG Switzerland and a recognised expert in collective investment schemes, the company gains first-class expertise in real estate and fund management as well as in regulation and governance.
On 28 October 2026, the General Meeting of PMT Management AG elected Martin Strub and Markus Schunk as new members of the Board of Directors. Together with Dr. Till Spillmann (Chairman), Martin Döbeli, Peter Spuhler and Bettina Streuli, the Board now comprises six members. The expansion comes at a time of strong growth: PMT currently manages real estate assets of around CHF 420 million and, in November 2024, launched Switzerland's first real estate L-QIF, the PMT Swiss Real Estate L-QIF.

Broad-based expertise for the next phase of growth
With its two new members, the Board of Directors complements its existing entrepreneurial experience in the construction and real estate industry with in-depth expertise in institutional real estate management, fund regulation and governance.
