Buildings B and C of the “Brüttiseller Tor” development will be sold to Suva. The turnkey handover is scheduled for autumn 2029.
The sale of the two buildings to Suva marks an important milestone for the “Brüttiseller Tor” project. A total of 89 apartments as well as office and commercial spaces will be developed.
